About Patriot Building Solutions
David Boersma, President and CEO of Patriot Building Solutions, Inc has worked in the exterior building products and services industry since 1996. He began his career with the largest manufacturer and distributor of building products in the country, Norandex/Reynolds (a division of Owens Corning). He served from 2000 to 2003 as the Director of Installation Services for the Midwest Division of the company, working with 58 distribution locations throughout the great lakes region to develop successful installation service programs. David was also involved with Owens Corning and the Vinyl Siding Institute in the initial design and planning of a nation-wide, comprehensive installer certification program to ensure the quality of installation of vinyl siding across the country.
The Vision
Mr. Boersma had the unique opportunity to work with building products suppliers and installers in six states, observing their successes and their failures. From those experiences we developed the following four commitments:

We will never seek to take advantage of a customer or play pricing games with inflated prices and one time only discounts.
- Respect the customer’s home – we will continuously research all available products and will only provide products for a customer’s home that we believe are made with quality, products that we can stand behind, and products that we would be proud to have on our own homes.
- Respect the customer – we are here to serve you, not to convince you to buy something you don’t need. We will listen to you and learn your needs and your goals and create a custom proposal to best fit your individual situation.

Thank you for making our dreams come true. We had planned our addition for 20 years. In September it became a reality. David Boersma conceptualized and designed the addition. He was very intuitive with regard to our desires for the new “Sun Space”. The design incorporated the idea of bringing the outdoors inside, which as a gardener was very important to me. The beautiful windows and extra exposure flood the room with sunlight. The ceramic tile makes maintenance a breeze.
Both my husband and I are employed outside the home yet we felt very safe with all the teams sent to complete the project in our absence. Everyone went above and beyond what was expected, sometimes working from 6:00am to 9:00pm just to expedite the project. The teams were courteous and professional.
